Leadership Coaching
For leaders wanting to increase their leadership effectiveness
As a certified Leadership Circle Practitioner, I leverage this comprehensive 360 assessment to help leaders answer the question: “How are my behaviors and mindset enabling or constraining my leadership impact and our business performance?” By gathering feedback from a range of stakeholders (eg, self, your boss, boss’ boss, peers and direct reports), this strength-based tool provides an easy-to-understand roadmap for growth.
From there, I support my client (in collaboration with their manager/sponsor if relevant), in creating and executing a development plan in which they focus on the highest levers of change. Optionally, leaders track their development progress and associated behaviors at check-points during a six-to nine-month period in order to fine-tune and amplify their progress.
Assessments could include: Leadership Circle Profile, LCP PULSE, iEQ9 Enneagram, Gallup’s CliftonStrengths
Typical engagement length: Six to twelve months

Positive Intelligence Program
